At Alpha Care & Support Services we want to help our employees, work experience or placements candidates and volunteers to develop personally and professionally through practical support and encouragement. We are committed to working with our candidates to develop their skills, for example through NVQ levels 2, 3 and 4 in Healthcare, Hospitality and Basic IT skills. This commitment applies equally to Permanent and Temporary staff.

Whatever your area of specialism, we have a programme designed to improve your skills and confidence. We aim to bring more employment opportunities and greater job satisfaction within your reach. You can either do your training with one of our Training providers at a venue or On-Line. Our consultant will be happy to tell you of the full range that is available.

• A four day ‘Skills for Care’ Induction training course.
• NVQ Courses in Health & Social Care e.g. Levels 2, 3 &
• Manual Handling (1 and ½ day courses)
• Understanding challenging Behaviour
• Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults from abuse (SOVA)
• Epilepsy Training
• Understanding of people with Dementia & Alzheimer’s
• Administering medication

On-Line Training:- we work with On-Line Training providers, so we can make arrangements for these Mandatory Training Courses for your convenience.
